Our rarest of the rare, The Wild SeaDog is made by resting our world beating navy strength gin in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks with a selection of charred Cornish oak chips - 70cl - 57% ABV.

Tasting notes:

Intense juniper on the nose with a lovely peppery spice. Rich earth citrus notes are enhanced by a touch of wood. Finishing slightly sweet for a bold experimental gin with complexity.
